**A. 하단과 같은 경우 페이업 알림톡이 오지 않습니다.**&#x20;

**📌 페이업 채널 차단 또는 메시지 수신 거부**\
&#x20;      ‘페이업’ 카카오톡 채널을 차단했거나, 알림톡 수신을 제한한 경우

**📌 카카오톡 미 가입자**\
&#x20;      해당 번호로 등록된 카카오톡 계정이 없거나, 앱 미설치 상태인 경우

**📌 카카오톡 앱 알림 OFF**\
&#x20;      알림 수신을 OFF 했을 있을 경우

**📌 데이터/와이파이 비활성 또는 네트워크 불안정**\
&#x20;      메시지 수신 시점에 네트워크 연결이 원활하지 않을 경우

**해당 단계를 먼저 확인해 보신 후, 이상 있을 시 1644-1017로 유선 문의 바랍니다.**&#x20;
